January 13,2021- ENOC has awarded the Project named HETLD Distribution Depot on Plot # 5940106, Jabel Ali, Dubai, UAE to Aztec Middle East Contracting LLC.
DEWA 132/11 KV EMAAR MRABEARD Substation- Civil Works
Aztec Middle East Contracting has been awarded the Civil works sub contract package for the DEWA 132/11 KV EMAAR MRABEARD substation at Dubai Hills Estate area, Dubai.
Main contractor is SNC Lavalin International and client is Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
Aztec scope of works includes complete Civil works for Substation Main Building, IDT and ET rooms, Compound wall, Security Guard Room, Fire Pump room, Duct banks, Fire trenches and External works including paving.
The project is expected to complete in 18 months time.
DEWA 400/132 KV CANAL GARDENS SUBSTATION- BALANCE CIVIL WORKS
Aztec Middle East Contracting has been awarded the part scope of Civil works for the DEWA 400/132 KV Canal gardens substation at Discovery Garden area, Dubai.
Main contractor is General Electric (GE) – Grid Solutions and client is Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). This is one of the projects linked to Dubai Expo 2020 development.
Scope of works for Aztec include construction of Compound wall, Security Guard Room, Gantry and GIB foundations, Fire Pump room and Water tank foundations.
The project is expected to complete in six months time.

DUBAI Aluminium CCPP Project (Civil Works)
Aztec Middle East Contracting has been selected as one of the Civil Sub contractors for the Dubai Aluminum CCPP project for DUBAL Holding LLC and MDC Power Holding Company LLC. Main Contractor is SEPCOIII ELECTRIC POWER CO. LTD (A POWER CHINA subsidiary).
Aztec scope includes the construction of Chemical Area Room, 33 KV& 132 KV Duct Banks &Trench Works, Underground Pipe Works & Manhole Constructions. Project has started from November 2019.
